3. Deeply understand business needs, assist in developing recruitment strategies, and provide efficient recruitment support.
4. Participate in and promote project-based recruitment work, such as special recruitment.
5. Assist the human resources team in advancing recruitment processes and talent acquisition for key positions.
6. Complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with relevant experience in the recruitment module.
2. Possess good communication skills, logical thinking, and problem analysis abilities; proactive, strong execution, and good stress resistance.
3. Excellent foreign language skills are a plus.
4. Passionate about the gaming industry, with preference given to candidates with recruitment experience in the gaming industry.
