The Retail Sales Leader in Belgium is responsible for driving growth, results, and customer experience across the Belgian retail business. This role involves hiring, training, and developing high-performing sales teams, setting operational standards, and collaborating cross-functionally on business planning and regional strategy. The successful candidate will be co-accountable for increasing market share across all product lines, boosting brand awareness, and enhancing profitability in Belgium. Key responsibilities include leading and motivating teams, setting performance targets, developing and executing strategic plans, driving cost efficiency initiatives, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are essential.

The Retail Sales Leader is responsible for driving growth, results, and customer experience across Belgium retail business. The Retail Sales Leader will hire, train, and develop effective teams, shape and execute operational standards, and work cross-functionally to develop business planning and the regional strategy. Ultimately, the Retail Sales Leader is co-accountable, alongside the Tesla for Business Leader for growing market shares across all product lines, driving brand awareness, and increasing profitability within the country.

Le/La Manager des ventes est chargé de stimuler le chiffre d'affaires, les résultats et l'expérience client dans l'ensemble de l'activité de vente Retail en Belgique. Il recrute, forme et développe des équipes efficaces, définit et met en œuvre des normes opérationnelles et travaille de manière transversale à l'élaboration du business plan et de la stratégie par région. Il/Elle est co-responsable, aux côtés du Leader Tesla for Business, de l'augmentation des parts de marché pour toutes les gammes de produits, de l'accroissement de la notoriété de la marque et de l'augmentation de la rentabilité dans le pays. 


What You’ll Do
  • Lead, develop, coach and motivate high-performing teams
  • Reinforce a culture of leadership and team excellence: training standards, succession planning, talent acquisition and employee retention
  • Set clear targets and plans on customer satisfaction, market sales and top-of-funnel pipelines; hold teams accountable by driving performance management with local leadership
  • Develop and execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly strategies to hit targets and drive volume & profitability
  • Drive cost revision initiatives in the Region
  • Develop and reinforce high operational standards by coaching through and reinforcing targets
  • Develop local market initiatives to increase market penetration while increasing customer satisfaction
  • Create a continuous improvement culture by actively collecting feedback, testing strategies, and improving vehicle and customer flow in each sales and delivery location

  • Renforcer une culture de leadership et d'excellence de l'équipe : normes de formation, planification de la succession, acquisition de talents et fidélisation des employés
  • Fixer des objectifs et des plans clairs pour le service à la clientèle, les ventes sur les marchés et les livraisons ; responsabiliser les équipes en gérant les performances avec les dirigeants locaux
  • Développer et exécuter des stratégies quotidiennes, mensuelles, trimestrielles et annuelles afin d'atteindre les objectifs et de stimuler la rentabilité
  • Favoriser l'augmentation de la marge dans la région
  • Développer et renforcer des normes opérationnelles élevées en accompagnant et en renforçant les objectifs
  • Créer une culture d'amélioration continue en recueillant activement les commentaires, en testant des stratégies et en améliorant le flux des véhicules et des clients dans chaque lieu de vente et de livraison
  • Aider à contrôler les dépenses, y compris le personnel, les fournitures et les services

  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, influence, and hold teams accountable to achieve a common goal Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and adhere to business-critical deadlines

  • Fluent in English and local language (French and/or dutch)
  • Prior P&L experience required
