Job Details

Responsibilities

    • Sales Planning & Performance Monitoring
    • Support sales budgeting, forecasting, and planning exercises to align with business targets.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards or frameworks to track sales performance, campaigns, and KPIs.
    • Analyze business performance data to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
    • Prepare monthly and quarterly business review materials for internal stakeholders.
    • Sales Enablement & Program Execution
    • Coordinate the implementation and tracking of sales initiatives, promotion programs, and incentive schemes across different sales channels.
    • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Regional) to ensure programs are effectively implemented.
    • Provide clear communication and documentation for Sales teams on new processes, schemes, or tools.
    • Manage and maintain internal documentation, guidelines, and playbooks to ensure alignment and consistency across teams.
    • Process & Systems Optimization
    • Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, Regional) to design and implement effective processes for sales execution.
    • Collaborate with regional and local Sales Ops to improve CRM process adoption (e.g. Salesforce).
    • Manage user roles, access, and lead assignment rules in Salesforce to support sales operations.

Requirements

    • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Planning, Business Analysis, or related functions.
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related fields.
    • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or other CRM/BI tools is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Self-motivated, structured, and capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders across functions
