Accor is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the corporate sector, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to identify new business opportunities. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee the preparation of proposals and tender responses, and monitor sales performance. Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • 4-5 years of sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience managing sales teams
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent command of English

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager - Corporate to join our team. 

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets in the corporate sector.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.

- oversee the preparation of complex proposals, RFPs, and tender responses. 

- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

- 4 to 5 year of experience in sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 

-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated experience in managing and developing high performing sales teams.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent Command of English.
