Must have:

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks and follow-ups

  • Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales reports

  • Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems

  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal departments

  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and sales calls

  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle basic client inquiries

  • Track inventory and order samples or promotional materials as needed

  • Assist in organizing sales campaigns and tracking their effectiveness

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in administrative or sales support roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Experience with CRM systems is preferred
