The Sales Support Specialist works closely with our field and inside Channel Sales teams to support our Channel Partners. You will work side by side with the teams, becoming familiar with the projects they are handling and assisting with quoting and processing the purchase orders for those projects. You will also manage departmental administrative duties as needed. This position reports to the Manager of Order Management in the Americas as part of the Global Sales Operations Team.
The Sales Support Specialist will work a hybrid schedule out of our Mexico City office. Relocation assistance is not provided.
