Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a game scenario writer for smartphone native apps.

At COLOPL, whose vision is "to continue creating new entertainment," scenario and concept making are among the most important elements.

In this recruitment, you will be widely involved in tasks ranging from concept making, including game world view and character settings, and world building, to planning new events, writing additional stories, and scripting, depending on your skills.

・Monthly amount: 333,334 JPY to 583,334 JPY

-Basic salary: 246,596 JPY to 431,571 JPY *Includes life design allowance

-Deemed fixed overtime allowance (equivalent to 45 hours): 86,738 JPY to 151,763 JPY

・Bonus: Twice a year (performance-linked bonus)

*Overtime wages for hours exceeding the deemed fixed overtime allowance will be paid additionally.

■ Working hours: Standard working hours 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (8 hours actual work)

■ Work style: Flextime system (core time: 10:30 AM - 3:30 PM)

■ Overtime work: Yes / Company-wide average less than 15 hours (July 2022 - September 2023)
