As a Senior Producer for Tom Clancy's The Division 3 at Massive Entertainment, you'll define and execute the game's development strategy, manage budgets and risks, and collaborate with various teams. You'll ensure creative direction meets quality standards, collaborate on technology choices, and optimize team efficiency. Leadership skills are crucial, fostering a creative and innovative environment while managing complex projects within budget and time constraints.
Must have:
  • Advanced project management experience in game development
  • Shipped at least 1-2 AAA titles as a Producer

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Senior Producer for one of Massive Entertainment’s exciting IPs. As Senior Producer, you will play a key role in the success of our game. Your objective is to manage and oversee the project team, delivering world-class gaming experiences while meeting quality, schedule, and business targets.

You have an intricate and detailed understanding of the game development process combined with deep knowledge of game business models and a player-centric approach. You tackle challenges with a ROI-driven mindset, leveraging data and your own experience to make smart, strategic decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Define, present and follow up on the development strategy for the game;
  • Define the scope and deliverables of the project;
  • Manage the budgets for the project;
  • Manage risks and approve contingency plans;
  • Follow up on projects and communicate status to executives;
  • Meet with external collaborators.
  • Work with the Brand/Product Director to define the game’s market positioning.
  • Ensure all outputs are aligned to optimize marketing strategies for the game from production to launch.
  • Ensure that the creative direction meets the quality standards for the game and target market; 
  • In collaboration with technical teams, make technology choices that support the game vision and development (tools and engine); 
  • Ensure that teams optimize technology and best practice sharing; 
  • Ensure that the game meets quality standards.

You are skilled in managing conflicting objectives. You create an environment that promotes and encourages team members to bring their most creative ideas forward for the project and supports diversity and innovation, while being motivated to lead what’s next in games. 

 

  • Advanced project management experience in a game development environment.
  • Have shipped a minimum of 1-2 AAA game title in a Producer role;
  • Extensive experience and the ability to deliver large, complex projects (quality standards, budget constraints and effective team output);
  • An inclusive and inspiring leadership style that allows you to rally people around a vision and engage distributed teams of varying sizes;
  • Experience advocating for the project with different stakeholders, including business, publishing, first-party and media;
  • The capacity to cast a clear long-term vision and put in place the key milestones to make it a reality.
  • Help define talent needs for the project and recruit highly qualified candidates; 
  • Promote career progression for team members, define talent needs and actively recruit talents
