Nexus Mods is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join a full-stack delivery team. The role involves driving growth in one of the company's verticals, ensuring the team addresses the right user problems and achieves impactful results aligned with company KPIs and vision. Key responsibilities include defining problems, prioritizing work based on impact and strategic alignment, translating strategy into actionable tasks, owning outcomes, facilitating clarity within the team, and collaborating closely with Tech Leads and Designers. The company is focused on product modernization and building infrastructure for future growth.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will embed themselves within a full-stack delivery team and drive growth of one of our verticals. They will be responsible for making sure the team is solving the right problems for the right users and doing it in a way that drives real impact aligned with company wide KPIs, vision, mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define problems worth solving: Work closely with users, data, and the business to understand what matters most
  • Prioritisation & scope: Decide what gets built next, and what doesn’t based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment
  • Translate strategy into work: Turn big goals into clear problems, opportunities, and validated ideas for the team
  • Own outcomes, not output: Measure success based on real user or business impact not shipping for shipping’s sake
  • Facilitate clarity: Bring structure to ambiguity, ask good questions, and help the pod align and move forward
  • Collaborate deeply: Work hand-in-hand with Tech Leads, Designers, and the rest of the pod to shape and deliver valuable work

We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and get to grips with an already huge and complex product in record time.

  • This position can be remote or based in our offices in Exeter, UK (we may be able to assist with relocation expenses and logistics).
  • We are unable to sponsor international visas, you must have the right to live and work in the UK.
  • We work a 4-day week at 32 hours, with no reduction in pay.
