Job Description

As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you will qualify leads in the initial sales funnel. Responsibilities include researching potential clients, connecting with prospects, educating them, and qualifying leads before passing them to the sales team. You will respond to inquiries, generate sales opportunities through outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), collaborate with marketing and sales teams, coordinate meetings, and engage in intelligent conversations. You will also need to navigate sales tools, identify prospects' needs, and bring insights to potential customers, which reflects an understanding of the market and the landscape of technology. The job demands efficient navigation of sales tools.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of B2B Sales experience
  • Fluent in English, Arabic
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to accept and learn from feedback
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Efficient at gathering and analyzing customer and market research
  • High attention to detail

  • SaaS sales experience is a plus

About the Role: As a Senior Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for qualifying leads at the initial stages in the sales funnel. You must research potential clients, connect with and educate prospects and qualify leads before handing them off to the closers of the sales team.  What will you do: - Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries - Perform outreach across multiple channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.) to generate new sales opportunities for the Account Executive Team - Collaborate across CleverTap’s Marketing and Sales organization in order to identify new opportunities - Coordinate meetings, calls, and product demonstrations of CleverTap with prospects - Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email - Bring insights to potential customers that reflect an understanding of the market, technology landscape, and other potential use cases - Efficiently navigate Salesforce and other sales operational tools to create, update, retrieve, and understand account, contact, and opportunity information - Identify prospects' BANT (Business, Authority, Need and Timeline) according to CleverTap's sales methodology What are we looking for: Must have: - 2+ years of B2B Sales experience - Fluent in English, Arabic - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Capacity to accept and learn from constructive feedback - Proven ability to work and succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment. - Efficient at gathering, analyzing, and communicating customer and market research. - High attention to detail with an “everything matters” approach - Creative, inquisitive, and curious approach to partnering with internal and external teams and customers. - Comfortable moving between priorities and managing deadlines across multiple areas of focus.
