Senior Test Engineer

Job Description
As a Senior Test Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement cost-effective testing methods for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor products. You will collaborate with the IC design team to understand design specifications and DFT proposals. Your responsibilities include creating test programs in C language, debugging and validating silicon on ATE, designing test interface hardware for ATE, and innovating to improve test robustness and cost. Additionally, you will be responsible for sustaining and continuously improving production tests for various products. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have:
- BS in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of industry experience
- Strong experience in C++ programming
- ATE experience on Mixed Signal Tester

- Supports and is responsible for sustaining and continuous improvement of production tests for multiple products
Requirements
- BS, Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years related industry experience (or 3+ years with MSEE)
- Strong experience and skills with regard to software C++ programming
- ATE experience on Mixed Signal Tester preferably on ASL1K and ETS-88
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Power Integrations is committed to building teams that drive innovation and therefore review a range of factors when determining compensation. The annual base pay range for this position is $109,023- $150,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, qualifications and work location.
The range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position in California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
