About Visa: Visa is renowned for its payments network and robust risk and fraud capabilities. However, what is less well understood is the depth of experience and technical capabilities in the cyber space. This newly created role will be responsible for helping to build a new commercial business and truly establishing Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
Role Overview: The Sr. Director, Cyber Products is a senior role responsible for coordinating the development and commercialization of a portfolio of existing capabilities and the development of a new portfolio of products in the cyber domain. This role will partner with stakeholders across Visa to execute the strategy, drive product development, and guide market positioning of Visa's cyber products, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide the commercialization of existing cyber capabilities and the development of new cyber products in partnership with Visa’s CISO team, Technology and Risk teams.
Refine and execute the strategic plan to establish Visa as a leading provider of payment-adjacent cyber solutions.
Develop and articulate a clear portfolio-level vision for cyber products.
Instill program management discipline into the processes supporting Visa's introduction of cyber solutions to the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and market differentiation.
Build and manage a high-performing team to support the growth and success of the cyber products portfolio.
Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
12+ years of cybersecurity work experience with relevant experience in product/services leadership and program management.
5+ years' experience in leading and managing geographically diverse teams.
Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and the challenges faced by cybersecurity leaders.
Demonstrated deep understanding of multiple domains of cybersecurity.
Strong people manager with exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
Extraordinary analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment.
Global or multi-national business experience strongly preferred.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to create compelling messages to senior executives and external business partners.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer among internal and external stakeholders.
Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills.
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $184,100.00 to $267,050.00 USD per year. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
