EA's Talent Acquisition team seeks a Talent Administrator for a 6-month contract. Supporting Madrid office recruiting efforts, especially a high-volume campaign (up to 90 testers). Responsibilities include managing the assessment process for temporary hires, scheduling interviews, candidate sourcing and screening, work permit review for Non-EU candidates, managing rejection communications, onboarding support, assisting with Social Security Number (SSN) acquisition, Flexible Work Agreements (FWAs), NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) acquisition, and related paperwork. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent attention to detail, possesses at least 1 year of administrative experience (preferably in a multicultural environment), and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Job Details

We are looking for a Talent Administrator to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month contract supporting the recruiting and hiring efforts within EA.

The Talent Administrator will work with a global Talent Acquisition (TA) team who are at the forefront of recruiting the brightest, most gifted and most creative talent. The Talent Administrator will support our recruiting efforts in our Madrid offices, especially the support needed during the high-volume recruitment ramp (up to 90 testers from 20 different languages). This role is necessary for creating a seamless and efficient recruiting and hiring process.

What a Talent Administrator does at EA:

  • Manage the assessment process for temporary hiring, including test management. Keeping tests up to date and tracking applicant data is key for the success of the hiring campaign.

  • Initiate the interview scheduling process in partnership with our Talent Coordinator.

  • Occasionally source and screen candidates, managing candidate applications efficiency and conduct thorough candidate assessments.

  • Work permit review for Non-EU candidates, driving the candidate through the process accordingly (move forward, reject or raise a query).

  • Be responsible for the final part of each recruitment process, managing rejection communications with unsuccessful candidates and partnering with HR to ensure selected candidates are successfully on-boarded and welcoming new employees.

  • Assist candidates to obtain the Social Security Number (SSN) ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.

  • Obtain and verify Flexible Work Agreements (FWA) for new employees, and assist in completing the SEPE (Servicio Público de Empleo Estatal) forms.

  • Manage the process with new employees to obtain the NIE (Número de Identificación de Extranjero) and ensure certificates and TA1 forms are approved and signed to obtain the Spanish Social Security number.

Who you Are:

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, you are passionate about providing a world class candidate experience, and eager to expand your existing experience in the Talent Acquisition / HR industry.

  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role (ideally in a multicultural environment) managing a high volume of requests.

  • Experience with or be comfortable managing recruitment workflow in an applicant tracking system (ATS) and different tools (external platforms, sharepoint, slack, google drive, internal reporting tools, etc.).

  • Well organized person, passionate about working in diverse and dynamic teams, able to meet deadlines and manage several tasks at the same time with high attention to detail.

  • Experience with volume recruitment and managing a large assessment process is desirable although not required.

  • Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
