Job Description
This role involves developing RPA solutions using UiPath, analyzing business processes, and designing automation workflows. Responsibilities include assessing feasibility, documenting processes, developing and maintaining RPA solutions, and supporting UAT and rollout phases. The role requires coordinating with process owners, solving issues, and utilizing development experience with various automation tools and technologies. The Software Engineer will apply scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems. They will be responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. They will exercise original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. They will build skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. They will collaborate and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders.
Must have:
- 3 to 6 years of UiPath RPA development experience.
- Understanding of Application Development Life Cycle phases.
- Analyzing and documenting business processes.
- Developing efficient and maintainable RPA solutions.
- Experience in coordinating with process owners.
- Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
- Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired.

Job Description
- 3 to 6 years of experience in RPA Development using UiPath. Blue Prism experience would be added advantage.
- Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
- Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated.
- Analysing, understanding and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD).
- Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
- Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles
- Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
- Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
- Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the as-is process and design the automation process flow using UIpath
- Problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
- Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
- Experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO is desired.
- Knowledge of OCR Technology, Uipath developer or professional certification is added advantage
