岗位职责：
1. 负责基于游戏产品的品牌风格方向做游戏调性及品质把控；
2. 负责基于前期研发和运营市场宣传的品牌建设的美术设计需求输出创意设计方案；
3. 参与项目创意讨论，并给予视觉设计执行支持， 跟进供应商监修或执行；
4. 监督产品视觉的实现质量，参与设计体验、流程的制定和规范等相关工作；
5. 通过项目沉淀及竞品素材分析，沉淀出切实有效的方法论,并推广应用；
6.主动引导团队成员一起进行知识分享，营造主动学习、分享和共同进步的团队氛围；
7. 负责全球及各国家本地区域设计制作工作。
Requirements:
岗位要求：
1. 三年以上游戏视觉设计从业经验，FPS向最佳；
2. 在游戏品牌设计表现力方面有较深认识，具备优秀的视觉表现能力，具有良好创意构思能力，理解分析能力强，具备良好的执行力，良好的项目沟通表达能力；
3. 有一定的游戏经验，对游戏美术、动漫等领域有所了解，在游戏视觉表现力方面有一定的认识；
同市场、产品相关人员讨论产品核心卖点，并给予有效的视觉设计策略支持，能够支持重点项目的视觉设计执行；
4. 良好的自我工作项目管理和沟通表达能力，能够主导项目的视觉设计方向，跟进并完成主要视觉设计工作或跟进供应商执行监修；
5. 熟练操作相关设计软件（PS,AI、C4D），熟悉EXCEL、Powerpoint等软件者最佳；
6. 善于沟通，关注用户体验细节，有较强理解力与出色的沟通能力同时具备优秀的视觉表现能力；
具备良好合作态度及团队精神，并富有工作激情、创造力和责任感，学习能力强。
7. 能通过英语、中文用作日常工作沟通交流。
