Job Description

The Associate Account Manager role at Bazaarvoice involves driving client success through the development and execution of client campaign strategies. This role requires strong time management, multitasking abilities, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. The Associate Account Manager will be responsible for managing campaigns from initiation to close, including defining and executing strategies, managing client expectations, and identifying opportunities to improve client service. They will also need to present and walk through campaign initiation processes and platform demonstrations. Success is measured by meeting and surpassing key performance indicators (KPIs) and client buildout. The role requires excellent communication skills, organizational skills and ability to work both independently and with a team. The role also requires monitoring campaign performance and proactively engaging with Sales and Client Success to achieve client goals. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, with a passion for the brand and its services.

The Associate Account Manager is part of an exciting team driving client success! This role is a part of a team focused on our core clients, responsible for developing and executing a strategy for client campaigns. We are looking for an individual who has strong time management and executional skills, is a strong multi-tasker, is calm under pressure, and enjoys working with clients. The ideal person is confident, very well organized, professional and adaptable, and has strong presentation skills. Knowledge of current trends in beauty, lifestyle, pop culture, social media, product reviews and influencer marketing are key for success in the role. Associate Account Managers drive a positive client experience and identify opportunities to better service clients. They are responsible for all deliverables, tracking and executing campaign performance. Success for this role will be evaluated based on each campaign meeting and surpassing its predetermined KPIs (i. e. number of member social posts, quality of posts, impressions, engagement rates, etc) and client buildout.

What You Will Do

  • Define and execute strategies that inspire clients and Influenster Community Members
  • Proactively engage with Sales and Client Success
  • Facilitate client workshops and sessions, presenting, and walking through our campaign initiation process and platform demonstrations
  • Manage and properly set expectations with both internal and client stakeholders
  • Advocate on behalf of the Client and your team
  • Manage and drive a portfolio of Campaigns from initiation to close
  • Define and maintain timelines identifying milestones, risks and mitigation strategies

Who You Are

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required
  • Positive, self-starter attitude with a knack for creative problem solving 
  • Customer-centric - you keep the best interest of clients in everything you do
  • Exceptional communication skills (oral and written)
  • Skillful in time management, organization, and prioritization
  • Sufficient in meeting deadlines and expectations with minimal supervision
  • Fire in the belly – we hire people who bring passion to their work and their team
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 1-2 years of experience in account management, client success, marketing and/or social media preferred

At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. We also take geography into consideration when we can but are not able to accommodate every location when determining our ranges. These considerations mean that compensation can vary. The above base salary range for this position is EUR gross per month and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
