The Account Manager will be responsible for managing sales and maintaining existing relationships with SBM customers to ensure continued business. Responsibilities include acting as the lead point of contact for accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, resolving conflicts, overseeing account management, negotiating contracts to maximize profit, establishing budgets with clients, identifying new sales opportunities, giving sales presentations, forecasting and tracking sales results, communicating progress of initiatives, meeting deadlines, interviewing, hiring, training, assigning and directing work to employees, ensuring compliance with company policies, providing leadership and motivation, conducting performance evaluations, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and performing other assigned duties.
