In this role you will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and activation plans for a brand or range of brands in OHC category, based on CEE plans and for working with local functions in the preparation of integrated commercial plans for the brand.
Brand Development:
• Development and implementation of the brand activation plan based on regional plans
• Development and implementation of promotional materials and adaptation of global materials to the needs of the local market
• Closely monitor market and competition performance, analyse deviations from the plan, make recommendations and implement corrective actions
• Cooperation with the medical department and drug registration in the field of brand communication, advertising slogans (claims) and other aspects required by pharmaceutical law
• Coordinating the brand's promotional budget to deliver the brand's annual performance statement
Brand Activation:
• Adaptation of global marketing tools to the needs of the local market in accordance with regional/global guidelines (e.g. commercial innovations: advertising slogans / advertising texts / requirements of pharmaceutical law)
• Production of local creative works in accordance with guidelines and in consultation with the regional brand marketing department
• Preparation of a recommendation on the portfolio strategy for the brand and the level of investment for the brand
• Preparation, together with other departments, of a price recommendation for the brand based on regional guidelines and local market analysis
• Localization of centrally developed activation plans for new product launches
• Preparation and implementation of the annual communication plan for the brand: target group, key touch points, maximization of local opportunities for the brand, cooperation with the media house in the development of media plans
• Preparation of an integrated commercial plan for the brand in cooperation with the commercial marketing and sales departments
• Development and implementation of local commercial innovations after consultation with the regional brand marketing department
• Cooperation with logistics and sales departments in the preparation of sales forecasts for the brand for the next 24 months
Market Research:
• Responsibility to understand consumer needs at a local level: creating consumer "insights" and supporting and informing the regional department
• Conducting relevant market research (consumer/product) to improve the company's performance
Business outcomes:
• Responsibility for the brand's sales value and market share
Extensive cooperation with internal and external clients:
• Daily interaction with other departments (commercial marketing, drug registration, etc.) to align and implement an integrated brand activation plan
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders (agencies, key opinion leaders, regional global brand team, etc.)
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Marketing/ business degree or equivalent
Proficient in spoken and written Polish and English
Good marketing (5+years) experience with leading FMCG brands and experience in developing brand strategies & activation plans inclusive of media management
Experience in managing trade execution of brand under holistic strategy; understanding of commercial levers is a must
Operationally and strategically experienced in Digital Marketing (SEA, SEO, Display, Video, Social, eComm), including up-to-date knowledge of latest trends and developments in Digital Marketing environment
Proven track-record in P&L delivery, demonstrating financial and commercial acumen when identifying business issues/opportunities
Knowledge and understanding of developing insights as well as analyzing & understanding consumer, shopper, and customer trends to form the strategy & activation plans
Proven ability to manage projects in a complex environment
Ability to communicate, negotiate and interact effectively within the organisation
Strong leadership & collaboration skills; motivating within a multi-country marketing team and moderating conflicts cross-functional and cross-country
Experience and demonstrated success in driving organizational change initiatives required
Preferred: Positive attitude, problem solver, open for challenges, work under pressure in complex environment.
