Job Summary
Job Description
The Engineer – Technical Support (Immersive Audio) will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and repair of professional audio equipment, including cinema audio systems. Key responsibilities include preparing cables and connectors, training engineers, and assisting the sales team. The role requires a basic knowledge of audio equipment and PCB repair, with a willingness to travel across India. The role involves maintaining a customer database and ensuring the proper functioning of audio systems. Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in a relevant field and possess knowledge of computer hardware and networking. The role is based in Chennai (Guindy).
Must have:
- Install Cinema Audio equipment.
- Troubleshoot and calibrate professional audio equipment.
- Repair & service professional audio equipment.
- Basic knowledge about Audio Equipment & PCB repairing.
- ITI / Diploma from relevant field.
Good to have:
- Knowledge in computer Hardware and Networking

Job Details
Roles and Responsibilities
- Installation of Cinema Audio equipment
- Troubleshooting and Calibration of Professional Audio equipment
- Repairing & servicing professional Audio Equipments
- Crimping and soldering Cables as per the requirements provided by various department
- Training field engineers & end user
- Helping sales team on pre sales calls for closing the deal on tech front
- Preparing Cables & connectors for installation (soldering Connectors & Crimping)
- Maintain customer Database
Prerequisite
- Candidate Must have basic knowledge about Audio Equipment & PCB repairing
- ITI / Diploma from relevant field with Minimum 0-2 year experience
- Knowledge in computer Hardware and Networking is also an added advantage
- Ready to travel across India
