1. Proficient in mainstream animation software such as Maya, 3ds Max, and skilled in techniques like keyframe adjustment and skinning weight processing.
2. Familiar with animation import processes of game engines like Unity, and able to cooperate with the programming team to complete animation debugging and optimization.
3. Good sense of camera, rhythm, and dynamics, ensuring fluidity and visual impact.
4. Possess a solid animation foundation, skilled at conveying character personality and emotions through body language.
5. 5+ years of game animation design experience, with animation development for at least 2 complete game projects.
