At Syngenta, the logistics team is seeking a Forklift Driver in San Luis Potosí. This role involves operating a forklift for material movement, storage, loading, and unloading of transport vehicles. Responsibilities also include delivering and receiving materials to/from production lines, ensuring compliance with defined quality and safety controls for all activities. The goal is to build a collaborative team providing high-quality seeds and crop protection solutions.
Must have:
  • Know the risks of your job identified in the JSAs (Job Safety Analysis) and WRAs (Workplace Risk Analysis), identify where the risk map of your area is located, make correct use of the PPE that must be used for the task to be performed.
  • Participate in incident investigations and report any incident for analysis and correction.
  • Verify compliance with HSE and Quality requirements by colleagues in similar activities.
  • Perform assigned operational activities, including maintenance and compliance with 5's standards.
  • Cover logistics assistant functions in case of incapacities, vacations, or permits.

To support this mission, Syngenta's logistics team is looking for a Forklift Driver in the state of San Luis Potosí. This role is responsible for driving the forklift for the movement (storage and arrangement) of materials, loading and unloading of transport vehicles. As well as the delivery and reception of materials to/from production lines, complying with the quality and safety controls defined for the activities.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

Essential for this position

  • Completed secondary and/or technical studies
  • Forklift driving certificate (DC3) (exclusive)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience driving forklifts
  • Knowledge of warehouse/inventory management
  • Procedures, instructions, and formats necessary for the fulfillment of activities with quality and safety
