We are currently seeking a Junior IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in our Hyderabad and Pune offices. The Junior IT Recruiter will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates. The role requires a candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative and drive to deliver exceptional recruitment services while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Screening: Proactively source and identify candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Candidate Engagement: Maintain professional and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaboration: Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in fulfilling recruitment needs in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirements: MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive Attitude: A results-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
