As a Junior Field Sales Representative at Wolters Kluwer, you will focus on assisting existing clients, especially accountants, with smart solutions. You will identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This involves regularly visiting clients, actively listening to their needs, and leveraging intelligent dashboards to identify and pursue commercial opportunities. You'll gain experience in the accountancy world and grow professionally. The role offers the chance to work with innovative, cloud-based software in an international organization.
Must have:
  • 1-2 years of commercial experience (sales, retail or customer contact)
  • Fluent Dutch speaker (English is a bonus)
  • Driver's license B

Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol maak je deel uit van het Sales team binnen onze divisie Tax & Accounting (TA). Jij focust je op het verder helpen van onze bestaande klanten – vooral accountants – met onze slimme oplossingen. Dat doe je door kansen voor up-sell en cross-sell te spotten en te benutten.

Je:

  • Bezoekt regelmatig klanten die al met onze software werken;
  • Luistert actief naar hun behoeften en denkt mee over hoe onze oplossingen nog beter kunnen aansluiten;
  • Je gebruikt onze intelligente dashboards om commerciële kansen te signaleren en op te volgen;
  • Krijgt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen in het salesvak – met begeleiding én vrijheid.

Je bent dus veel onderweg, leert onder andere de accountancywereld en die van hun klanten van binnenuit kennen én groeit ondertussen zelf als professional.

Wat neem jij mee?

We zoeken geen eindbaas (nog niet 😉), maar wél iemand met de juiste mindset:

  • Je bent leergierig, positief en niet bang om het gesprek aan te gaan;
  • Je hebt minimaal 1–2 jaar commerciële ervaring (bijvoorbeeld in sales, retail of klantcontact);
  • Je denkt in oplossingen en krijgt energie van klanten écht verder helpen;
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands (Engels is een bonus);
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B (je bent vaak onderweg).
