This role focuses on supporting regional strategy and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to drive regional growth and market penetration through regional intelligence, adapting global marketing strategies, and ensuring excellent campaign execution. Responsibilities include identifying cultural insights, building growth market strategies, supporting agency briefings, collaborating with PR and Influencer agencies, ensuring campaign delivery excellence, managing stakeholder expectations, and providing budget maintenance. The candidate will be involved in campaign execution, performance updates, and launch support for all titles. The role requires effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear updates and support for regional initiatives.
Must have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in executing marketing and communication strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good to have:
  • Strong interest for video games appreciated.
  • Interest in gaming, entertainment marketing or consumer lifestyle brands

What We Need

This is a critical role in pursuing the department’s mission of accelerating the growth of each business unit, by helping to deliver best in class services, to understand, engage & excite players. Specifically, this role will focus on supporting the regional strategy & GTM teams to deliver regional growth and market penetration through regional intelligence, nuance to pre-established global marketing strategies and focus on campaign executional excellence and delivery.

Regional Strategy:

  • Helping to Identify cultural events and insights to support wider strategies for ANZ to maximise commercial opportunities and local relevance throughout the region
  • Working with members of the regional strategy & GTM teams to help build out rationale for growth market strategies across the region

Campaign Planning:

  • Supporting briefing agencies and helping develop paid and organic planning
  • Collaborate with PR and Influencer agencies alongside the other members of the regional strategy & GTM teams to pull a comprehensive campaign together by title

Executional Excellence:

  • Ensuring excellence in all aspects of the campaign delivery
  • Track timing and delivery of campaign, and escalate any concerns
  • Support all teams in the execution of the campaign including asset delivery, tracking and management
  • Effectively manage multiple aspects of campaign delivery for titles across internal and external teams

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure clear updates and support for regional initiatives are achieved
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations across all aspects of campaign delivery

What You’ll Do

  • Budget maintenance including PO raising
  • Campaign execution
  • Campaign performance updates throughout campaigns
  • Supporting communications to internal and external stakeholders
  • Launch support across all titles

What Will Make You A Great Fit

  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in the marketing, PR and/or Social industry in FMCG, gaming, entertainment marketing or consumer lifestyle brands.
  • Exposure in executing against Marketing and Communications strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, interpersonal and conceptual thinking skills
  • A strong interest for video games appreciated
  • A strong team player, eye for detail and willingness to learn and roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
