As a Network Operation Center Operator (NOC), you will proactively monitor online games and related systems to ensure 24/7 service. Your responsibilities include analyzing system health and performance using various tools, triaging problems, and providing critical information to on-call personnel. You will conduct troubleshooting, participate in bug fixing meetings with game development teams, create and maintain process documentation, and execute quick patch and build deployments with post-deployment testing. Additionally, you will prepare accurate reports on events and issues, utilizing technical support skills focused on game servers and client crashes. A good understanding of network technologies and GNU/Linux OS is essential, along with the ability to follow established processes and adapt to temporary measures. This role requires availability for shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, excellent communication skills, punctuality, and quick response times. Familiarity with common IT infrastructure and practices is expected.
