Senior 3D Artist needed to collaborate with the Lead Artist and other artists in maintaining production appearance, quality, and art style across all project assets. Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and creating high-poly sculpts and real-time game assets, ensuring timely completion of tasks, investigating and mastering client technologies, contributing to asset creation briefs, exploring new technologies for optimal results, and consistently delivering high-quality work. The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years of game development experience, a strong artistic background with a focus on photorealistic art, high-poly modeling, and normal map creation. Expertise in game engines (Unity, Unreal, Frostbite), understanding of game development processes, and exceptional understanding of form, shape, structure, silhouette, light, shade, color, and detail are essential.
