Senior HR Coordinator

IO Interactive is seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently, we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007, a brand-new James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story, and Project Fantasy, an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.

As we continue to develop these projects, we require a Senior HR Coordinator to support our teams across all studios, ensuring that our development processes run smoothly and efficiently. What You Will Do

• Lead the onboarding process with clarity and care—making sure every new hire feels welcomed, informed, and empowered from day one.
• Manage the full scope of employee relocation and immigration, coordinating with partners and Swedish authorities to ensure smooth, people-first transitions.
• Support day-to-day HR administration across departments and provide practical, transparent HR advice—being approachable, clear, and solution-oriented in a dynamic environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure legal compliance (including GDPR) across the employee lifecycle, while contributing to a strong internal culture.
• Collaborate with the global HR team to help shape scalable, centralized HR processes as we grow—gradually expanding your impact across multiple international sites.

• Globally minded and culturally aware, with experience in fast-growing or tech-driven environments and a keen interest in helping shape a connected, international HR setup.
• A natural collaborator with a no-nonsense, solutions-first HR style—ready to meet a passionate, detail-oriented team where they are and keep things moving forward.
• Bonus: You have knowledge of labor law in one or more of our other locations (Barcelona, Copenhagen, Istanbul, Brighton), or experience navigating multi-country HR landscapes.
