We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sr. Manager, Paid Media & Performance Marketing to oversee and execute performance marketing and integrated media initiatives in support of the FIFA World Cup 26™ official hospitality program. This individual will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth across a diverse range of channels, including paid social, paid search, programmatic, TV/CTV, OOH/DOOH, audio, and print.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with a strong understanding of digital performance marketing and the ability to navigate integrated media landscapes. This is an extraordinary opportunity to help shape the marketing strategy for one of the world’s most iconic sporting events, specifically for its exclusive hospitality offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage paid media campaigns across digital platforms, including paid social (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), paid search, and CTV.
Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, drive conversions, and achieve KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
Plan and oversee media buys for OOH/DOOH, audio (radio/podcasts/streaming), and print channels.
Collaborate with vendors and/or agencies to secure placements, negotiate rates, and ensure timely delivery.
Evaluate the performance of integrated campaigns and integrate findings into future strategies.
Create cohesive media strategies that align digital and integrated channels to amplify campaign impact.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with the Digital Analytics team to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels.
Develop actionable insights to inform optimization and strategy refinement.
Work closely with the Creative team to produce high-performing assets for campaigns.
Manage relationships with media agencies, platforms, and vendors to ensure alignment and excellence in execution.
Mentor and guide junior team members or collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years in media planning and buying, with a strong background in both performance marketing and integrated media.
Expertise: Proficiency in managing campaigns across paid social, paid search, and CTV; experience with OOH/DOOH, audio, and print.
Affiliate Marketing: Experience managing or collaborating on affiliate marketing campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Deep understanding of performance metrics and data analysis, with the ability to turn insights into action.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DSPs) and analytics tools.
Creative Mindset: Strong sense of creative storytelling and an ability to collaborate on compelling campaign assets.
Organization: Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Adaptability: Strong ability to pivot and adjust strategies based on performance and market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in at a digital media agency specifically on an e-commerce, sports & entertainment, or hospitality brand.
Knowledge of attribution models and marketing measurement tools.
Familiarity with agency/vendor management and contract negotiations.
