Job Description

As the Senior Marketing Specialist for Axi Select, you will lead the positioning, promotion, and go-to-market strategy of the unique trading program. Your responsibilities include market research, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy, which involves launching new features, creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with marketing teams. You will also be responsible for sales support and campaign analytics to optimize the effectiveness of marketing efforts and inform product decisions. The role requires a strong understanding of the retail trading sector and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As the Senior Marketing Specialist for Axi Select, you will lead the positioning, promotion, and go-to-market strategy of our unique trading program. You’ll play a strategic and executional role—bridging market needs, customer insights, and product capabilities to drive growth and engagement.

Your EDGE assignment/You will:

Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Insights

· Conduct in-depth research on the proprietary trading & CFD broker landscape, including industry trends, competitor offerings, trader behaviours, and regional market dynamics.

· Build and maintain trader personas to inform messaging, campaigns, and feature prioritization.

Product Positioning & Messaging

· Develop and refine clear value propositions and messaging tailored to different trader personas and segments.

· Propose strategic differentiation strategies to strengthen Axi Select’s market appeal.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Launch Planning

· Plan and execute go-to-market campaigns for new product features, program milestones, and updates.

· Own end-to-end launch planning—including messaging frameworks, timelines, team enablement materials, and internal communication.

· Collaborate with content and marketing teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, website, social, paid, etc.).

Sales & Marketing Enablement

· Create and maintain sales support materials such as pitch decks, product one-pagers, FAQs, and battlecards.

Campaign Performance & Analytics

· Define and track KPIs for marketing initiatives, user acquisition, engagement, and program success.

· Deliver reporting and actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and inform product decisions.


Are you the one?

· 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in fintech, trading, or financial services.

· Proven ability to craft positioning, launch products, and execute go-to-market strategies, with strong knowledge of the retail trading sector, trading platforms, proprietary trading, and trader motivations.

· Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

· Data-driven mindset with proficiency in campaign analytics and performance tools.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
