Job Description

As a Software Engineer on the Engineering Productivity Pod, you’ll help build the infrastructure, tools, and automation that make our engineering team more effective. You'll work on cloud infrastructure, developer experience, CI/CD systems, and other internal tooling to improve reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency. You’ll collaborate with engineers across the org to streamline processes, support scalable systems, and contribute to a culture of high-quality software delivery. This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys building foundational systems and wants to make a visible impact on team velocity and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal tools that improve engineering workflows and productivity.
• Help scale and support our cloud infrastructure with a focus on cost efficiency and reliability.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Collaborate with other teams to identify bottlenecks and deliver high-leverage solutions.
• Participate in system design and code reviews to uphold engineering best practices.

Required Qualifications

• Cloud Infrastructure Expertise
  • Proficient in Cloud Infra technologies like AWS and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code.
  • Exposure with Docker Containers.
• Python Proficiency
  • Proficiency in Python at a Mid Level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience in a production environment with uptime-critical systems.
• Interest in developer experience, productivity, and systems optimization.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools & observability platforms (GitHub Actions, Prometheus, Grafana).

Compensation Range: The annual base salary range for this position is $164,000 - $216,000*

Compensation will vary based on factors including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. In addition to base salary, full-time employees are eligible for an annual performance bonus.
