Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales focusing on Offline Merchants and QR payments. The role involves selling products or services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase. Key responsibilities include driving sales, maintaining client connections, and potentially expanding the customer base. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, team handling, and possess good market knowledge and understanding of distribution concepts. A strong understanding of sales metrics and experience in motivating teams to earn incentives are also crucial. This position requires a graduate degree or higher.
Must have:
- Smartphone, bike, and helmet
- Zeal for growth
- Good market knowledge
- Previous channel sales experience
- Managed a sales team of 5 members
- Understands distribution, expansion, and metrics
- Experience in getting teams lucrative incentives
Good to have:
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience
- Proficient in Excel & data tools for Sales
- Post Graduation preferred

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
