Accurate is looking for a Technical Product Owner - Enterprise Data (BI Reporting and Data Solutions), to maximize value delivered by the engineering team by managing the backlog, representing the voice of the customer, and ensuring the team is focused on building the right features that align with business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities
* Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external business stakeholders to define customer needs and identify process improvements.
* Document and translate customer Reporting and Data needs into epics, user stories, and technical specifications with acceptance criteria.
* Partner with business heads, project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles, identify dependencies and risks, anticipate problems, and immediately act on gaps or barriers that impact delivery dates.
* Plan and prioritize product development and product backlog while mitigating roadblocks to achieving sprint/release goals.
* Lead the product-release plans and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities.
* Meet regularly with your scrum teams to groom, estimate, and develop sprint plans and release dates.
* Define metrics of success and KPIs for your products, track product performance metrics and provide weekly updates to leadership on the status of your projects.
* Effectively prioritize your bug/enhancement backlog, manage conflicting priorities, and make appropriate tradeoffs between features and speed-to-launch.
* Manage product-related support, feedback, and new feature requests from the business.
* Provide regular updates on the status of your roadmap and backlog to your internal customers.
* Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams and customers for the features you are delivering.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field.
* 5 years’ relevant work experience in product management or program management with a successful track record of end-to-end delivery.
* 3+ years’ experience of BI Reporting, Data Management or Analytical solutions
* Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies and making trade-offs to meet delivery dates.
* Superior understanding of Embedded Reporting, Business Intelligence Software, ETL tools, and Database Technologies
* Basic understanding of infrastructure behind data management
* Preferred hands on experience working with large data sets, including statistical analyses, data visualization, data mining, and data cleansing/transformation.
* Experience with data modeling, data structures, transformations and complex formulas
* Highly organized, analytical, and an effective problem solver who can manage multiple projects at once.
* Excellent communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams.
* Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
* Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Team player, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
* Comfortable making informed decisions with or without data
