The Industry Strategy team for Autodesk Design & Manufacturing is seeking a Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives. The Program Manager will lead business-critical projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. This role involves developing scalable systems and processes, driving alignment, and communicating key initiatives. Responsibilities include streamlining workflows, driving project execution, facilitating cross-functional alignment, managing partner engagement, optimizing processes and tools, monitoring and mitigating risks, managing financial transactions, ensuring resource readiness, and enhancing team communication and collaboration.
Must have:
  • 4+ years of program/project management experience

The Industry Strategy team for Autodesk Design & Manufacturing is seeking a Program Manager with exceptional planning, execution, and tracking skills to drive high-impact initiatives. In this role, you will lead business-critical projects, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. You will also develop scalable systems and processes to enhance engagement, streamline operations, and maximize the impact of our growing ecosystems. As a strategic coordinator, skilled storyteller, trusted advisor, and force multiplier, you will help execute, coordinate, and communicate key initiatives that directly impact our business success.

You will work closely with organization leads, internal teams, and external stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and drive operational excellence to ensure successful project delivery. This role will report to the Director and chief of Staff for Industry Strategy, Design, and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline Workflows – Develop and implement new processes to enhance engagement and operational efficiency within our ecosystems.
  • Drive Project Execution – Develop and maintain project schedules, clearly define responsibilities, and ensure teams collaborate effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Facilitate Cross-Functional Alignment – Collaborate with engineering, product management, finance, and other key teams to align project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage Partner Engagement – Direct inbound inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders and ensure effective follow-through.
  • Optimize Processes & Tools – Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track project status, tasks, and milestones efficiently.
  • Monitor & Mitigate Risks – Track project progress and performance, proactively identifying and resolving potential risks or roadblocks.
  • Manage Financial Transactions: I oversee Purchase Orders (POs) and invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Ensure Resource Readiness – Work closely with stakeholders to keep resources up to date and easily accessible.
  • Enhance Team Communication & Collaboration – Build strong alliances, foster accountability, and support a culture of collaboration and trust in everything you do.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in program or project management, leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, ideally within partnerships, business development, or strategic initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong risk management mindset, proactively identifying potential challenges and driving resolutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders.
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in visual design, including SharePoint sites, and newsletters, ensuring a polished and engaging presentation.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to shift priorities and take on new responsibilities as business needs evolve.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Autodesk products and services.
  • Experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project/database management tools such as Airtable.
