As a Technical Recruiter (Contract), you will focus on recruiting for various crucial positions within the Hardware Engineering business group. Your responsibilities will include understanding client requirements, supporting hiring managers, sourcing candidates, screening applicants, managing candidate experiences, and handling negotiations. You will collaborate with recruitment peers and People Business Partners, maintaining excellent communication throughout the recruitment process. This role emphasizes identifying top talent in Hardware Engineering disciplines such as Product Design, System EE Design, Engineering Project Manager, Acoustics, and Antenna. This role requires a deep understanding of the client requirements and supporting them in their efforts to find the best candidates in the market.
