Ensure the store adheres to Apple's values and policies, including privacy and environmental initiatives, while fostering operational excellence. Collect, analyze, and share data with the leadership team to develop strategies, acknowledge achievements, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Manage preservation work order tasks and the supply budget in line with Apple standards. Guarantee compliance with all applicable health and safety standards, including the maintenance and testing of life-safety and health systems. Collaborate with the Operations team, Technology, and Merchandising Pro to ensure store technology and demos meet Apple Retail standards. Motivate, inform, and align team members with store performance goals, priorities, and communication. Address time-sensitive team member feedback, questions, and concerns, escalating issues to Store Leadership when necessary. Handle the operational needs of the store, such as opening and closing procedures, cash management, and overrides. Perform additional tasks as needed, including supporting customer-facing activities. Promote an inclusive environment by respecting differences and embracing learning. Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity.
