The Executive will support day-to-day activities for Accounts Payable processes such as invoice accounting, maintaining invoice trackers, and following up on queries. The individual will work in a shared service environment and be responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) on Turn Around Time (TAT), Accuracy, and other deliverables. They will maintain the process in a steady-state phase, contribute to continuous improvement, escalate issues, and coordinate with people across different geographies. They must handle activities like clearing mailboxes, updating invoice trackers, getting invoice approvals, and accounting. They will also interact with suppliers, manage monthly reporting, maintain documentation for audit compliance, and execute process deliverables.
