The AppleCare Product Ops Project Manager will analyze complex business systems and transaction flows related to the sale, enrollment, and billing of service and insurance products. This includes identifying root causes of unexpected results, assessing their financial and customer impact, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions. The role involves leading project management activities to ensure timely delivery and effective execution, connecting strategic goals with tactical operations, and presenting findings and recommendations to leadership. This person will also contribute to the design of scalable system architectures for new business initiatives, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements to drive customer satisfaction and long-term value. This role requires the ability to connect the strategic with the tactical, the systems and the operations and do so objectively. Present how people, processes and technology connect and relate, make the argument where there is opportunity for improvement and do so in a non-biased way. Present to leadership to communicate findings, risk assessment, cost impacts, customer impacts and path to resolution.
