MiQ is seeking an Associate Product Manager to drive product development alongside engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers. The role involves leading feature ideation, technical development, launch, and adoption, as well as defining and analyzing product success metrics. You will collaborate with stakeholders to research and prioritize new features aligned with business goals, ensuring the product roadmap is additive. Responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing reporting suites, supporting existing product teams in delivering the feature roadmap, building insights and reporting solutions with data science and engineering, simplifying reporting consumption with the XD team, and driving internal and external adoption. The Associate Product Manager will identify gaps and opportunities in campaign management capabilities, work with product teams to execute a development roadmap, and scale features across regional markets.

As an Associate Product Manager in our Product department, you’ll have the chance to:  

  • Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers, data scientists and UX/UI designers
  • Lead the ideation, technical development, launch and continued adoption of features you build
  • Define, collect and analyse metrics that inform the success of the product
  • Collaborate with product stakeholders to research, validate and prioritize new features that align with business priorities
  • Identify and work closely with key internal & external stakeholder  to ensure that MIQ product roadmap is additive
  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements

Feature focuses:

  • Maintaining and enhancing the existing reporting  suite
  • Supporting the existing product team (SPM & PM) in delivering feature roadmap against MiQ’s insights and reporting strategy 
  • Collaborate with data science and engineering to build robust insights and reporting solutions 
  • Collaborate with XD team on simplifying and improving consumption of reporting and insights visualization
  • Drive internal and external adoption in collaboration with market stakeholders

What impact will you create? 

In MiQ the Associate Product Manager is tasked with building on our existing capabilities for campaign management, identifying gaps and opportunities in our offering, working with MiQ’s technology and product teams to execute a development roadmap for this capability, and working to scale features across our regional markets.

Who are your stakeholders? 

The key set of people from product stakeholders across the product and tech team, such as platform product managers, engineers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers will be your major stakeholders


What you’ll bring  

  • Prior experience in an analytical or technology-oriented role (software development experience is preferable but not mandatory) 
  • Prior experience of client interaction, managing conflicting requirements/priorities across stakeholders
  • Exposure to product management and adtech is preferable but not mandatory
  • High attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload.
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to try new technologies and ability to grasp and learn quickly
  • Comfort with numbers and a quantitative approach to solve problems
