This role involves building a high-scale backend platform for millions of users, leading end-to-end solutions, writing high-quality code, experimenting with new technologies, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will be a pioneering core team member, contributing significantly to the company's products and growth.
Must have:
- Build high-scale backend platform for millions of users.
- Lead end-to-end solutions from requirements to production.
- Write high-quality and performant code.
- Experiment with new technologies and 3rd party frameworks.
- Mentor new members of the team.
- Support recruitment process.
- 6+ years in server applications design and development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture.
- Proficient in a major development language.
- Passion for learning new technologies.
- Can-do approach.

As part of our growth in Warsaw, we are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who is eager to become one of our pioneering core team members and establish themselves as a significant building block of our products and company at this critical point before we reach greater heights.
Responsibilities
- Build a high-scale backend platform for millions of users.
- Lead end-to-end solutions from requirements to production with a design that decreases the time-to-market.
- Write high-quality and performant code following industry best practices and standards.
- Experiment with new technologies, tools, and 3rd party frameworks. Utilize them to deliver state-of-the-art tech.
- Mentor new members of the team.
- Tech stack: AWS, Kubernetes, NodeJs, Typescript, Redis, MySQL
- Supporting recruitment process.
Requirements
- 6+ years of proven record in server applications design and development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud architecture.
- Proficient in a major development language.
- Passion for learning new technologies and applying them to make a difference.
- Can-do approach.
