Job Summary

Job Description

This position involves a wide range of human resources and recruitment tasks within the management department. Responsibilities include planning and executing recruitment strategies, coordinating with development departments to define requirements and ideal candidate profiles, building relationships with recruitment agencies, managing recruitment communications, handling contracts with temporary staff and outsourcing partners, reviewing personnel systems, and planning and running internal training programs. The ideal candidate should possess problem-solving experience, fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level), and a proactive learning attitude.
Must have:
  • Experience in problem-solving (any field).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N1 level).
Good to have:
  • Practical experience in the digital content industry.

・採用施策の企画、実行
・開発部門との調整(要件ヒアリング、求める人物像設計等)
・人材紹介会社との関係構築
・採用広報
・派遣、業務委託先との契約に関わる業務全般(新規開拓を含む)
・人事制度の見直し
・社内研修の企画、運営

必須経験・知識

・何らかの課題解決業務の経験(業務領域は不問)
・大学卒以上
・業務上のコミュニケーションを円滑に行えるレベルの日本語能力(JLPT N1相当)

・デジタルコンテンツ業界での実務経験
