Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company aiming to provide seamless delivery services across Southeast Asia. They are seeking a Business Development Executive for Central Java. The role involves achieving sales targets, acquiring and retaining shippers, and managing sales activities and pipeline. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience, a proven background in 4PL & 3PL logistics, and experience in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with customer networks. Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a passion for sourcing new business and excellent analytical capabilities for market mapping. Familiarity with e-commerce/international logistics and CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.
Must have:
  • 2-3 years of sales experience
  • Located in Semarang/Jogja/Solo/Tegal
  • Experience with 4PL & 3PL logistics
  • LTL, Road Logistics Sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong communication skills
  • Result-oriented and passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Good to have:
  • E-commerce/international logistics knowledge
  • Salesforce and BI systems knowledge
  • Analytical capability for market mapping

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as a sales
  • Located in Semarang/Jogja/Solo/Tegal
  • Proven background in working with 4PL & 3PL logistics companies
  • Experienced in LTL, Road Logistics Sales with Customer Networks
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree of all major
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
  • A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
  • Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment
  • Strong competency in Customer Orientation, Planning & Organizing, Decision Making, and Influencing
  • Hands- on knowledge of Customer Relationship Mgmt. (Salesforce) & Business Intelligence systems
  • Good analytical capability for market mapping
