As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and business performance within the commercial division. Job Details

As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and business performance within the commercial division. Reporting directly to the Commercial Ops Director, this role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, streamline processes, and develop innovative solutions using cutting-edge technologies to enhance our overall commercial effectiveness. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies across commercial processes and implement strategic initiatives to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth.
  • New Technology Implementation: Lead the adoption and integration of new technologies, including AI-driven solutions, automation tools, and other emerging technologies, to streamline operations and improve decision-making processes.
  • Project Management: Manage cross-functional projects that improve commercial productivity, collaborating with sales, finance, product, and marketing teams to deliver results.
  • Revenue Growth Strategies:
    • Develop and implement revenue optimization strategies that align with company objectives, ensuring sustained growth across different markets and segments.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine pricing models, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies aimed at increasing revenue and market share.
    • Continuously analyze key revenue metrics such as average deal size, win rates, and sales cycle length, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to enhance performance.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting:
    • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities at every stage of the sales cycle.
    • Work with the sales team to identify bottlenecks, forecast revenue, and implement strategies to accelerate deal closures and optimize conversion rates.
    • Analyze pipeline data and revenue forecasts to provide actionable insights, guiding leadership on potential risks, revenue opportunities, and resource allocation.
  • Market Entry and Go to Market strategy and process development
  • Revenue Reporting and Analytics:
    • Collaborate with the data and finance teams to develop accurate revenue reporting systems that track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as revenue growth, gross margin, and customer lifetime value.
    • Provide detailed revenue analysis and actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven decision-making.
    • Identify trends and areas of concern within revenue streams, creating strategic plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proven experience in operations, finance, data analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to execute complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Expertise in new technologies such as AI, machine learning, automation, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points If:

  • You have experience in Gaming or a similar fast-paced commercial environment.
  • You are familiar with Salesforce CRM, Navision ERP systems, and commercial performance tools.
  • You have strong understanding of financial analysis, project management, budgeting, and forecasting.
