Job Description

Haleon, a global leader in consumer health, is seeking a CPFR/Sales Analyst for its Guadalajara location. This role involves developing and managing data analysis and scorecards to provide strategic insights into the commercial performance of pharmacy channel accounts. Key responsibilities include optimizing scorecards for strategic insights, maintaining close communication with Key Account Managers and channel leaders to align billing objectives and commercial indicators with the annual plan, identifying risks and opportunities within accounts, and proposing corrective actions. The analyst will also evaluate promotions and commercial campaigns, work with channel leaders and demand planning to ensure accurate billing and sales forecasts, and prepare scorecards with commercial indicators such as Sell-in, Sell-out, and inventory levels for specific pharmacy chains.
Must have:
  • Develop and optimize data analysis scorecards for strategic insights.
  • Communicate with KAMS and channel leaders on billing objectives.
  • Identify risks and opportunities in accounts and propose solutions.
  • Evaluate promotions and commercial campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate billing and sales forecasts with demand planning.
  • Prepare commercial indicator scorecards for specific accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in administrative sciences or Industrial Engineering.
  • 4+ years of experience as a sales analyst.
  • Strategic and analytical knowledge in the area of management.
  • Negotiation, organization, and planning skills.
  • Dynamic and proactive approach.
  • Ability to interpret sales trends and KPIs.
  • Strong relationship skills with internal and external departments.
  • Fast learning ability and high adaptability.
  • Advanced knowledge in customer portals and advanced Excel.
Good to have:
  • Experience in commercial project management.

El CPFR/Analista de Ventas se encarga de desarrollar y administrar el análisis de datos, generación de scorecards que permitan obtener información estratégica sobre el desempeño comercial de las cuentas del canal de farmacias.

 

Principales responsabilidades: 

 

  • Desarrollar y optimizar scorecards de análisis de datos que permitan la obtención de insights estratégicos sobre el desempeño comercial de Farmacias Guadalajara.

  • Estrecha comunicación con equipo de KAMS y líder del canal para asegurar objetivos de facturación e indicadores comerciales alineados al plan anual por categoría / cliente.

  • Identificación de riesgos y oportunidades en cada una de las cuentas del canal así como la generación de propuestas correctivas.

  • Evaluación de promociones y campañas comerciales.

  • Trabajo continuo con líder del canal y demanda para lograr precisión del pronóstico de facturación y de venta alineado con los objetivos en plan por cada cuenta.

  • Elaboración de scorecards con indicadores comerciales (Sell in, Sell out Inventarios, otros) y análisis de dispersiones para Farmacias San Pablo.

Ubicación: Guadalajara, Jal.

Tus calificaciones: 

  • Licenciatura en ciencias administrativas y/o Ingeniería Industrial o afín

  • Experiencia de 4 años o más como analista de ventas, con conocimientos estratégico y analítico de su área de gestión y/o experiencia en manejo de proyectos comerciales

  • Habilidades de negociación, organización y planeación.

  • Enfoque dinámico y proactivo.

  • Capacidad para interpretar tendencias y KPIS de venta, de rotación de productos.

  • Fuerte capacidad de relación con departamentos internos y externos (clientes).

  • Capacidad de aprendizaje rápida y alta adaptabilidad.

  • Conocimiento avanzado en sistemas (Uso de portales de clientes) y paqueterías de computación (Excel Avanzado).
