Ninja Van is a tech-enabled logistics company focused on providing hassle-free delivery services across Southeast Asia. As a Regional Sales Supervisor for the East Coast, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and developing strong customer relationships. This role involves leading and motivating sales teams, analyzing sales data and market trends, and monitoring competitor activity. You will also ensure compliance with company policies and provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Head. The ideal candidate will have experience in the FMCG/Retail industry with leadership experience and strong analytical, planning, and management skills.
Must have:
  • Implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Meet or exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Monitor competitor activity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Provide regular sales activity reports.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG/Retail.
  • Experience leading sales teams.
  • Good analytical, planning, and management skills.
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good to have:
  • Speaking proficiency in additional local dialects.

Job Responsibilities :

    • Implement sales  strategies that align with the company's  overall goals and objectives.
    • Meet or exceed revenue targets for the region by developing and executing sales plans.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers,  ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
    • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets and provide guidance and support as needed.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Monitor competitor activity within the region and adjust sales strategies as needed.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, credit, and collections.
    • Provide regular reports to the Regional Sales Head on sales activities within the region.


Job Requirements :

    • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
    • Required language(s): Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Speaking proficiency in additional local dialects is an added advantage).
    • At least 3 Years of working experience in the FMCG / Retail industry with clearly demonstrated sales ability and have been lead sales team experience.
    • Good analytical, planning, and management skills.
    • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
