Job Description

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling software solutions to businesses across industries within the EMEA region. You will be expected to develop and deliver a customer-centric experience, win new business, and drive opportunities to closure. The role involves collaborating internally and externally with customers and partners. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in enterprise software sales, a strong track record, and the ability to navigate at a senior level. You will be responsible for driving a dedicated region, requiring an entrepreneur-like skill set. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining existing network and driving opportunities to wins. The role also requires you to have a broad commercial and financial understanding, complimenting an analytical skill set, and strong presentation skills.

Job Details

Are you passionate about selling software solutions that solve everyday business across industries? Do you have a talent for communicating solution selling in a manner that is engaging and brings results? We are now looking for a senior profile to join the EMEA regional Sales team!

You would be joining a truly international software company, headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark.

You love data and are curious about everything about it

As part of our Enterprise Sales team, you will help develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience. You will have a broad interface and engagement internally within Stibo Systems as well as externally in relation to Customers and Partners.

More specifically, you will:

  • Win new business via value add/solution-centric selling and signing of new logo license contracts across industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Deliver winning proposals / successful RFP’s
  • Develop and progress pipeline – driving new opportunities to wins
  • Position Stibo Systems as the PIM and Multi-domain MDM solutions provider of choice

Our EMEA team consists of 11 great professionals across Europe, who are highly motivated and passionate about new technology that helps other companies with their digital transformation. All with different backgrounds and cultures, but focused towards the same goal – to successfully expand Stibo Systems’ impressive customer portfolio.

Our ideal candidate – Are you the one?

As an ideal candidate you will have data related experience of 10+ years from similar jobs within B2B new business sales working in an international organization. In addition, you will have a successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions with a “solution-oriented” approach to the sale. Your responsibility for driving a dedicated region requires an entrepreneur like skill set. Bringing in your existing network within the region to enterprise customers and partners is essential. You will have a broad commercial and financial understanding, complimented by an analytical skill set, a strong set of presentation skills and ability to confidently navigate at senior level within an organization.

Moreover, you should:

  • Have proven experience within the software as a service industry (SaaS) – preferably within retail, manufacture, CPG or/and distribution
  • Have 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Sales, related to Data Management Software
  • Have enterprise and C-Level engagement experience
  • Be customer-focused, always driven by adding value to the stakeholder experience
  • Have strong communication skills, both verbally and written
  • Be a self-starter, proactive, resilient with a positive, “can-do” and “roll-up-the-sleeves” mentality to get the job done
