Token Metrics is seeking a creative and motivated copywriter who can meet strict deadlines and thrive under pressure. The role involves researching company goals, identifying growth opportunities and challenges, designing and implementing experiments to test growth strategies, and using data to inform decisions. Responsibilities include reporting on initiatives, replicating successful strategies, and ensuring internal and external resources contribute to growth. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, copywriting experience, knowledge of digital marketing and social media, and be a creative thinker. Experience or interest in crypto, SEO/SEM knowledge, and email marketing/paid content creation are a plus.
Must have:

Responsibilities
- Researching and understanding the company's long-term goals.
- Pinpointing issues that are hampering growth for the business.
- Choosing, setting, and prioritizing growth goals for the company.
- Identifying growth opportunities for the company.
- Designing and setting up experiments to test whether designed interventions will impact the business.
- Implementing projects to achieve growth goals for the company.
- Using data, analytics, and other tools to inform decisions and growth strategies.
- Ensuring that resources inside and outside the business improve growth.
- Reporting on initiatives and projects to management and founders.
- Replicating successful strategies at scale and in new markets.
Requirements
- Earned or earning a Bachelor’s degree in advertising, journalism, marketing, or a related field
- Copywriting experience
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Creative thinker who can collaborate creatively or work autonomously
- Experience with and/or interest in crypto a plus
- SEO and SEM knowledge
- Demonstrate experience with strategic B2C/B2B email marketing and creating paid marketing content (a plus)
