Job Description

A strategic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring our brand is front and center across digital platforms, managing website development and performance, optimizing SEO (including AI-enhanced strategies), maintaining data accuracy across the web, and improving customer engagement through CRM and newsletters. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of e-commerce, analytics, and data privacy.
Must have:
  • Own and optimize all digital channels, focusing on website performance and search engine visibility.
  • Ensure brand prominence and accuracy in online searches across major platforms.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies using traditional and AI-driven tools.
  • Monitor and correct brand information across third-party websites and directories.
  • Oversee website development, updates, and technical maintenance.
  • Continuously improve user experience, functionality, and website performance.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance.
  • Explore and recommend CRM systems for personalized marketing and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Create, distribute, and optimize newsletters to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance to refine future campaigns.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  • Develop KPIs and track performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports on website traffic, SEO, email campaigns, and conversion metrics.
  • Use analytics and testing to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Optimize online purchasing journeys and conversion funnels.

The Role

A strategic, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of our digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for ensuring our brand is front and center across digital platforms, managing website development and performance, optimizing SEO (including AI-enhanced strategies), maintaining data accuracy across the web, and improving customer engagement through CRM and newsletters. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of e-commerce, analytics, and data privacy.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Presence & SEO

  • Own and optimize all digital channels, with a strong focus on website performance and search engine visibility.
  • Ensure our brand appears prominently and accurately in online searches across all major platforms.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-driven tools.
  • Monitor and correct brand information across third-party websites, listings, and online directories.

Website Development & Maintenance

  • Oversee website development projects, updates, and technical maintenance in collaboration with internal or external developers.
  • Continuously improve user experience, functionality, and performance of the website.
  • Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance.

CRM & Customer Engagement

  • Explore and make a recommendation on CRM systems to support personalized marketing and customer lifecycle strategies

Email Marketing & Newsletters

  • Create, distribute, and optimize newsletters with a focus on increasing open and click-through rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance to refine future campaigns.
  • Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Tracking, Analysis & Reporting

  • Develop KPIs and track performance of all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Produce regular reports on website traffic, SEO, email campaigns, and conversion metrics.
  • Use analytics and testing to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

E-Commerce & Conversion Optimisation

  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Optimize online purchasing journeys and conversion funnels.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management, SEO, CRM, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience with web platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify), email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and CRM systems.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and emerging trends in AI and search.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and A/B testing platforms.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and customer purchase behaviors.
  • Working knowledge of data privacy laws and their impact on digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with AI tools for marketing and SEO.
  • Background in UX/UI principles.HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
  • Previous experience working with cross-functional teams including sales, IT, and product development.
