Job Description

The Director of Sales will lead a team of Account Executives, aiming to achieve a revenue target of $8 to $12 million annually. Responsibilities include inspiring and coaching the team, assessing performance, and fostering professional development. The Director will oversee sales activities, evaluate data, and ensure territory targets are met while promoting collaboration with other teams. The ideal candidate will have experience leading high-performing sales teams, demonstrating expertise in Enterprise sales and a proven ability to drive collective success.

What You’ll Do 

  • You will lead a team of Account Executives to deliver a revenue target of $8 to 12m
  • annually.
  • You will inspire, engage and enable your team, coach them on best practice, review and assess performance, build employee capacity and support their professional development.
  • You will be active leader and “in the room” supporting your team wherever required in client activity and sales opportunities. You lead by example every step of the way.
  •  You will be highly disciplined and utilize tools and processes to enable your team’s success. You will nurture an environment where your team communicate thoughtfully and have a real desire to be the best.
  •  You will direct the flow of information for sales activities and transactions (including leads, billings, orders, contracts, etc.) and evaluate data, plan and ensure territory targets are met and potential problem areas are identified and mitigated.
  •  You will ensure sales objectives are met within corporate strategies and policy frameworks and champion a productive partnership with other teams.


Who You Are

  • You will have led high performing sales teams where you have taken raw talent and developed them into fully fledged salespeople.
  • You have 7+ years of Enterprise sales experience and have experienced the full range of obstacles when behind the wheel of creating complex Enterprise SaaS or software deals.
  • You are a proven leader. We need someone who has directly led a team of at least 3 salespeople and a territory for no less than 3 years, achieving collective success and attainment.
  • You genuinely care about others, so you create a culture of learning and collaboration wherever you are. Leading by example, you challenge yourself to learn & then empower others by sharing your experiences.
  •  You love the Customer Experience revolution! Your desire and ability to embrace this change and understand how Sprinklr can impact the various functions of a global organizations is critical.
  • You understand and can demonstrate experience of high performance in sales.
