What You’ll Do
The Field Sales Supervisor is a dynamic and results-driven leader responsible for managing and developing a team of Field Sales Representatives within a designated geographic area. This role focuses on driving sales growth by actively acquiring new customers, fostering a positive customer experience, and ensuring team members consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. The Field Sales Supervisor will work primarily outdoors, engaging directly with potential customers in various environments and weather conditions.
