Job Description

As a Game Designer, you will be responsible for game design and specifications in accordance with the director's direction. This includes designing game flows, creating specifications and materials for various game elements, designing maps, adjusting the placement of enemies and items, constructing missions and events using visual scripts, and adjusting various parameters. This role requires strong logical thinking and effective communication skills. Candidates must have experience in developing at least one game title as a game designer or level designer, and possess native-level Japanese language proficiency (N1 required).

Must have:

Experience developing at least one game title as a game designer/level designer.
Strong logical thinking and effective communication skills.

Good to have:

Development experience with UnrealEngine, Unity, etc.
Experience using text-based or visual-based scripting languages.
Map design experience using 3D tools.
UI/HUD design experience.
Experience in enemy placement and balance adjustment in action games.

業務内容

ディレクターの示す方向性に合わせたゲームデザイン、および仕様設計
ゲームフロー設計、画面定義等を含む各ゲーム要素の全般的な仕様書および資料作成
マップの設計
マップに配置される敵やアイテムなどの配置調整
ビジュアルスクリプトを用いたミッションやイベントの構築
各種パラメータの調整業務

応募条件

ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（N1必須）
ゲームデザイナーやレベルデザイナーとして1本以上のゲームタイトル開発経験のある方
論理的思考力があり、コミュニケーション（相互理解）が適切にできること

あると望ましい経験

UnrealEngine、Unity等での開発経験
テキストベースもしくはビジュアルベースのスクリプト言語使用経験
３Dツールを使ったマップの設計経験
UI/HUD関係の設計経験
アクションゲームの敵の配置・バランス調整経験

- 過去に携わったゲーム制作時に使用したことがあるゲームエンジンがあれば、それらのエンジンの種類及びエンジン（ツール）のどういった機能を活用していたかについて、ご明記ください。
- その他、ゲーム制作に関係すると思われるソフトウェア（Photoshop、Maya等）と使用歴年数、代表的な制作内容を整理してご明記ください。
- 最近プレイしたゲームで面白かったタイトル2本について、タイトルとその理由を簡潔に記載してください。

契約期間	1年間契約からスタートしていただきます。 ※勤怠や業務姿勢など評価により正社員登用の可能性あり
勤務地	1080075 東京都港区港南1-2-70　品川シーズンテラス地図で確認
勤務時間	裁量労働制もしくは10:00~18:45 ※勤務時間は始業時間10:00を基本として、個人の裁量に委ねられます。
休日	完全週休2日制（土日）及び祝日、夏期休暇、年末年始、有給休暇、慶弔休暇
